Packaging

As part of our commitment to sustainability and to minimise our environmental footprint, British Groceries | Peexmart may use recycled or reused boxes from other sources for packaging your orders. This means your order may arrive in a box from another brand. Rest assured, this helps us reduce waste and continue offering you great products with a smaller environmental impact. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our use of recycled packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer international delivery to select countries. Delivery times and charges vary depending on your location.
  • Please note that we pick each item to order from the specific stores you have ordered from. We deliver to over 100 countries. Enter your address details at checkout and we will confirm delivery to your country.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Please note that the delivery timelines provided at checkout exclude 1-3 days for picking, packaging, and handling your order. Orders that include more than four units of a single SKU/product may require extra picking days due to potential sourcing delays. Additionally, for scarce products, extended handling times may apply, as we may need to source these items from multiple locations.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. This policy applies regardless of the shipping method selected or any delays caused by customs or other external factors beyond our control. If an order is returned to us due to circumstances such as refusal of delivery, missed collection, incorrect address, or customs issues, a refund for the product (excluding the shipping fee) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
  • Be aware that some products are subject to customs and excise duties. If you have any questions at all, please contact us via our live chat or email hello@peexmart.com. For this reason, if your items are returned to us or held or rejected by customs or you refuse to accept your package due to any extra charges or delays, we are unable to offer any refunds for such order or shipping.
  • Please note that delivery timelines may be impacted by customs processing at the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and necessary actions, including contacting customs authorities for package release. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control and may affect the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy on our website for more details.
  • Please note that certain products, classified as dangerous goods (such as aerosols), are subject to specific shipping restrictions and may incur additional costs. Customs and Import Duties

Given the international nature of our business, customers may incur customs fees or delays or there may be actions required by customs from customers that are outside of British Groceries | Peexmart‘s control.

Peexmart is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or potential delays that may occur once the package reaches the destination country. All customs-related charges and requirements are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to check their local customs regulations and promptly contact the customs office or relevant authorities if their package is held for clearance.

We will not be held responsible for packages delayed as a result of customs, nor for packages returned or destroyed due to customs issues.

Substitutions

At British Groceries | Peexmart, we may substitute items in your order if the original product is unavailable. If we contact you and you approve the substitution, the item is final sale, with no returns or refunds. If a substitution is made without prior contact, we offer to deliver the original item free with your next order. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Faulty Products

At British Groceries | Peexmart, we strive to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a swift resolution:

Notification Period: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of your package being delivered. This allows us to address the issue promptly and efficiently.

Importance of Immediate Inspection: Because we sell groceries and other perishable items, immediate inspection upon arrival is crucial. This helps us manage any issues quickly and ensures the quality of the products you receive. This timeline is also crucial because our packages are transported overseas, and there are sometimes issues with the handling of packages by shipping companies. Reporting faults within this window helps us address and resolve issues immediately, ensuring you receive the best possible service. If you expect to be unable to inspect your delivery within the 24-48 hour notice period, please notify us in advance before the delivery. This will allow us to make any necessary accommodations.

How to Report a Faulty Product: Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@peexmart.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the fault
  • Clear photos of the faulty product

Resolution Process: Once we receive your notification and the necessary information, we will review your case and get back to you with the next steps.

Important Note: We will not be able to address any issues with faulty products reported after the 48-hour notification period due to the nature of international shipping and the need for timely resolution.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
