WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Once you enter your address details at checkout, you will several shipping option to pick from.
FREE SHIPPING
- We offer free Standard, 10-15 days depending on location and handling timeline on all orders over £500.00 or its equivalent in the customer’s local currency.
- Once you enter your address details at checkout, you will see several shipping options to choose from.
- After placing your order, we will follow up with any additional shipping information and tracking details.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
- All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
- For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
- Please note that delivery timelines may be impacted by customs processing at the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and necessary actions, including contacting customs authorities for package release. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control and may affect the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Although we are a UK-based company, we ship internationally all around the world. Do note that custom charges, including duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Customers or recipients are responsible for paying any duties, customs, additional taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery. These are not included in the price at checkout.
We at Peexmart cannot control or predict these fees, as they vary by country and package. We have no control over when or for how much these fees are charged (it varies by country, city, and package), and we are not able to pay them ahead of time or take care of them on our end. Hence, we advise all our customers to take note of this.
In addition, please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Please note that our free shipping offer does not cover orders containing baby milk or baby food products. Due to their special handling requirements and demand, these items are excluded from our free shipping policy. We strive to ensure the best quality and timely delivery for all our customers. Other items in your order may still qualify for free shipping as per the standard conditions.
- Free shipping is covered up to £100 or its equivalent in your local currency. Our customer service team will reach out to you in case of any additional charges above this.
- As a result of the above, The free shipping policy applies to orders totalling at least £500 and with a total weight of less than 10kg. Orders exceeding the 10kg weight limit will incur additional shipping charges.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
- To ensure same-day shipment, order must be placed by 11am BST.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
DELAYED ORDERS
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
